WebzCreations – Payment & Project Policies

1. Project Initiation & Payment Terms
Work on the client’s website will commence once 50% of the total cost is paid upfront.
No refunds will be issued after payment is made.

2. Website Customization & Additional Changes
Clients are allowed up to two modifications to their chosen website design.
Any additional modifications will incur an extra cost.

3. Meeting Schedules
Meetings must be scheduled 3–4 days in advance to respect the time of both parties.
Meetings will take place on the agreed-upon date and time.

4. Website Delivery & Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full on the agreed delivery date.
If payment is not received within 10 days, the website will be canceled without a refund.
Webz Creations does not store website projects beyond 10 days. If reinitiated, the process will start from the beginning.

5. Copyright & Client Responsibility
WebzCreation is not responsible for any images, music, phrases, or other copyrighted materials provided by the client.
Clients are strongly advised to purchase copyright licenses for any assets used in their website.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment options: Cashier’s checks, Zelle, and direct cash transfers with proper receipt documentation.
WebzCreation does NOT accept personal checks.

7. Client Rights & Documentation
Clients should always request a copy of their payment receipt.

Clients can demand a copy of WebzCreations policies in their preferred language.
