We’re here to help you grow online with clear, professional service. Please read these policies carefully—they are firm and non-negotiable.

Initial Deposit & No Refunds
• To reserve your project, a 50 % deposit of the total website fee is required.
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Revision Limits
• Your chosen website package includes up to 2 revision rounds at no extra cost.
• Any additional revisions will incur a separately quoted fee.

Meeting Scheduling
• All calls and meetings must be scheduled at least 3–4 days in advance.
• Please join on time to respect everyone’s schedule.

Work Commencement
• We begin all work only after receiving the 50 % initial deposit.

Final Payment & Delivery
• The remaining 50 % is due on the agreed delivery date.
• If final payment is not received within 10 days of delivery, the project is canceled with no refund.

Project File Retention
• We retain project files for up to 10 days after delivery.
• After that period, all work is deleted, and the process must restart from the beginning.

Third-Party Content Responsibility
• You are responsible for securing licenses and permissions for any images, music, or text you provide.
• We recommend purchasing proper rights before uploading third-party content.

Accepted Payment Methods
• Cashier’s checks, Zelle transfers, or cash (with an official receipt).
• We do not accept personal checks or other methods without prior agreement.

Always keep your payment receipt and request a copy of these policies in your preferred language.
